The team at Harvey Norman Commercial Divison were delighted to be invited to a Rheem getaway in the Hunter Valley for wine tasting and to Newcastle for the Australian Supercars Championship.
In the Hunter Valley we were treated to wine tasting in an exclusive private room at the beautiful Tulloch winery where we experienced excellent wines that the Hunter is renowned for such as Semillon, Chardonnay, Pino, Viognier, Shiraz and more.
Lunch was at Amanda’s on the Edge located on the hill of Windsor’s Edge Vineyard with magnificent views over Pokolbin where we relaxed and enjoyed a fabulous lunch while looking over the picturesque vines and surrounding country land.
Next stop Hungerford Hill a beautiful boutique estate winery with a reputation for producing distinguished wines packed with character and flavour. Our sommelier guided us through a selection of their excellent award winning wines.
Sunday we headed to Newcastle for the thrills, spills and heart pumping action of the AustraliaSupercars Championship. We eagerly watched the practice runs qualifying session and of course the main race. Our drivers were Fabian Coulthard and Scott Mclaughlin from the Shell V-Power racing team. Scott triumphed to victory as he won the 2018 Supercars championships driving No. 17 Ford FG X Falcon for DJR Team Penske.
