Celebrating the Winners of the UDIA NSW & Urban Property Group Awards for Excellence 2024.

We were honoured to be guests of Smeg at the Awards for Excellence Gala Dinner at The Star Sydney, last month. Over 950 industry members and guests were in attendance and all eager to celebrate the best in urban development across NSW and ACT. These awards recognise and celebrate the very best that Australia’s urban development industry has to offer.

Smeg sponsored the category of Excellence in Apartments High-Rise, and on behalf of the Smeg team, Charmaine Conyers proudly presented the award to the deserving winners Lendlease for One Sydney Harbour Residence One by Lendlease.

Other notable winners included Billbergia, who won Excellence in Commercial Development for 88 Walker, the tallest tower in North Sydney. The innovative Lidcombe Rise, a landmark mixed-tenure residential project in Sydney’s West, took out the award for Excellence in Masterplanned Communities.

It was a fantastic evening and a great opportunity to catch up with the Smeg Team and our industry peers.

We would like to congratulate all the winners. There was an outstanding calibre of nominees and finalists, and the winners were all well-deserved.
