Sales Conference & Awards Dinner
On March 7th our Home Builders team members Paul Taylor and Scott Wood attended the 2024 GJ Gardner Homes Sales Conference & Awards Night held at the Amora Hotel, Jamison Street Sydney. Paul and Scott hosted their own HNC exhibition meeting many NSW franchise owners at the conference along with their sales teams. Our team hosted a presentation on all the benefits of our business.
The GJ Gardner franchisees and suppliers had a session with a hugely popular Mindset Coach – John Novak who was very insightful and entertaining. The successful day was followed by the evening’s Cocktail Party & Sales Awards Dinner. Two GJG franchisees received individual recognition awards for $100M and $150M worth of sales. The night included a delicious 3-course meal and live band entertainment. A great positive day was had by all, thank you for having us GJ Gardner Homes!
HNC: proud partners at the 2024 HIA Hunter Industry Outlook Breakfast
Our HNC Central Coast staff members Tim Graham and Karen Cooper attended the March HIA Economic Breakfast held at Club Macquarie in Argenton. Over 100 HIA members were in attendance; Thomas Devitt, Senior Economist HIA ACT, discussed at length the current trends, changes, and regulations affecting the construction industry. Although the overall trend across NSW is on a downturn, it was evident in the graphs and figures shared that the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region is going strong with only a slight downturn in activity. The Newcastle Hunter Region was still performing better than the rest of NSW.
