The Sharks Women in League cocktail function was held in our Taren Point showroom on Thursday 14th May.
MC’s for the night were FOX Sports presenters Matt Shirvington and Lara Pitt. Special guests included NRL Commissioner Catherine Harris and Sharks stars Paul Gallen, Wade Graham, Jeff Robson, Michael Ennis, Jack Bird and Luke Lewis.
Guests were treated to gourmet finger food, excellent champagnes and wines and live entertainment. Celebrity chef Luca Cian,o sponsored by Smeg cooked an amazing dessert. Fisher & Paykel donated the services of ‘The Paella Man’ who cooked up a massive paella on site. Each guest also received a special gift bag to take away.
The Charity Partner for the event was The Beauty Bank – Charity founder and Sutherland Shire resident Jen Armstrong also attended and guests were invited to bring along unopened and unused beauty products and toiletries to donate.
The Beauty Bank provides “life’s little luxuries to those in need” – through distributing packs made up of donated products to women (and men) in refuges and shelters, in particular to victims of domestic violence.
